Day 6 of my £10 a week diet journal
This morning I weighed 95.1kg, that´s 1.7kg down in 6 days. Quite pleased with that as I´m now in the dieting fun-zone where dropping the pounds starts to be troublesome. Ironically I´m doing this by trying to eat as many calories as my budget constraint will allow. This evening I must eat more Scottish delights as they won´t keep, and I´d have to mark them up as wasted. I ate this evening: 2 Richmond sausages (30p) 250 kcal 1 Lorne sausage (10p*) 120 kcal 1 black pudding slice (10p*) 120 kcal 2 fried eggs (30p) 200 kcal baked beans, half can (13p) 180 kcal 4 potato waffles (24p) 420 kcal coffee and sundries (5p) 5 kcal Spent: £1.22 on the above Calories: 1295 kcal Running total after 6 days: £9.53, 8240 kcal Average daily: £1.59, 1373 kcal Tomorrow I have to eat for 47p!

They are made by Bird´s Eye, and Lidl have identical ones which are cheaper. I don´t eat bread, so these are a great gluten free option. Lorne sausage is often called ´square sausage´ up here. They are made from beef products. I´ve uploaded a pic.
