Gonna try to be brief:
    1. I killed myself for two years trying to excel at work. I was consistently not heard, not promoted, and worked to the bone. My job changed twice, almost entirely.
    2. I lost 3 people in the pandemic.
    3. In March I finally got the Manager title
    4. I was also told to pivot my job again without backup to fill what I was already doing.
    5. I took a week off at the end of March and told my work I was getting surgery.
    6. During that week, a friend broke on me. Like...had to be detained and put in jail. Asked us to kill him. It was BAD.
    7. Went back to work for a week. Didn’t feel right. Decided to go off my own meds after experiencing toxicity.
    8. Full mental breakdown
