Today's my birthday and my first thought was to kill myself
I´ve struggling with my mental health for a couple of years, these last couple of months have been hell. I´ve been struggling with suicidal thoughts and intrusive thoughts. My meds aren´t working and I wanna give up.
The only good thing I´m looking forward to is seeing my partner.
Any advice? On how to keep living?
